Responsibilities

• Have empathy and understanding for young people with Mental Health & Complex Needs
• Ensure completion of safeguarding and mandatory training annually.
• Develop and share creative approaches integrating performance with well-being and inclusive attainment.
• Promote partnerships beyond the classroom with home, agencies and community.
• Promote Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural opportunities within lessons.
