Job summary

Supply Desk is seeking an ASC SEN Teacher to join a welcoming specialist school in Radlett from September. This full-time role is ideal for a teacher with experience or a strong interest in supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and a range of additional needs.

You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated learning tailored to individual needs, monitor progress, and work with teaching assistants, parents, and specialists to ensure every child receives the support to thrive.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) is required.
  • Experience working with pupils with SEN, ASC and/or complex needs.
  • Passion for developing learning, communication, independence and social skills.
  • Excellent classroom management and behaviour support.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons and activities tailored to individual pupil needs
  • Track, monitor, and report on students progress and development
  • Liaise with parents/carers and relevant professionals to support pupils individual learning and development
  • Contribution to extra-curricular activities and after-school clubs
  • Cooperation with colleagues in order to deliver the best possible outcomes

ASC SEN Teacher Radlett

Supply Desk are seeking a professional, passionate, and dedicated ASC SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive specialist school in the Radlett area, starting this September.

This full-time role is ideal for a teacher with experience or a strong interest in supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and a range of additional needs. The successful candidate will be patient, compassionate, and adaptable, with a commitment to creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment where every pupil is supported to achieve their individual potential.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated, and accessible learning experiences tailored to the individual needs of pupils with ASC. You will monitor and assess pupil progress, support the development of communication, social, emotional, and independence skills, and work closely with teaching assistants, specialists, parents, and carers to ensure each child receives the appropriate support to thrive.
