Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking Primary Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to support children with SEN across South East London. This role offers long-term fixed-term positions and flexible daily supply across the local region.

You will work with pupils in primary settings, assisting with lessons and SEN support, helping learners to thrive academically, socially and emotionally within an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is desirable, especially those with SEN.
• Ability to build rapport with children and staff.
• Commitment to inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Assist students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Promote an inclusive environment where all students feel supported.
• Help children develop social and emotional skills.
• Encourage independence while providing tailored support.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to monitor progress.
