Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across South East London. You’ll work 1:1 or in small groups, helping teachers keep lessons engaging and on track in a variety of primary, secondary and SEN settings.

Flexible 1-5 days per week or more, with weekly pay and local school placements. Join a supportive network with a dedicated consultant to find roles that fit your availability and career goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school-based settings is advantageous.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcomed.
• Friendly, patient and adaptable personality.
• Confident walking into new environments and building rapport with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping teachers keep lessons engaging and on track
• Bringing calm, positivity and structure to busy classrooms
• Supporting children with additional needs where required
• Being that extra pair of hands that makes the day run smoothly
