Vision for Education is seeking a compassionate Learning Support Assistant for a long-term role in Burgess Hill. You will work alongside the class teacher to support students with SEND and learning difficulties, including personal care where needed. The role involves 1:1 and small group support in a welcoming SEN setting.

This permanent (temp to perm) position offers weekly pay, potential progression, and a supportive team with CPD opportunities. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting.
• Genuine passion for working in education.
• Ability to support students with SEND and work in 1:1 or small groups.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEND and a range of learning difficulties.
• Provide personal care where required (toileting, feeding, daily living tasks).
• Assist the class teacher and work 1:1 or in small groups.
