Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND.
• Supporting pupils within lessons and in alternative learning environments.
• Assisting with the delivery of structured and engaging lessons.
• Implementing strategies to support behaviour, engagement, and learning.
• Supporting students with emotional regulation and transitions between lessons.
• Monitoring progress and behaviour, providing feedback to staff where appropriate.
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive social interactions.
• Working collaboratively with staff to support individual learning plans.
