Protocol Education is partnering with a welcoming Southend primary school to recruit an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant for the Inclusion Hub. You will support pupils with SEN and work closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions.

The Role

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs within the Inclusion Hub
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential
• A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and additional learning needs is desirable
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
