Protocol Education Limited is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a Tilbury primary school on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support pupils with SEN in KS1, fostering an inclusive classroom and helping each child reach their potential.

You will work closely with teachers to adapt activities, monitor progress, and provide tailored assistance to ensure a supportive learning environment for all pupils.

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting children with SEN? A warm and inclusive primary school in Tilbury is looking for a dedicated LSA to join their KS1 team on a full-time basis.

This welcoming school is committed to ensuring every child thrives and is seeking a patient, nurturing, and proactive individual who can provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs within a mainstream classroom setting.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN
• Experience working within a primary school environment, ideally KS1
• A calm, patient, and positive approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
