Protocol Education is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Tilbury, supporting pupils within an Inclusion Hub and working with children with high needs SEND.

This long-term role offers potential for permanency for the right candidate, with a focus on building confidence, independence and positive behaviours, while collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.

Protocol Education is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Tilbury, supporting pupils within a dedicated Inclusion Hub. This is a long-term opportunity for a confident and nurturing individual who has experience working with children with high needs SEND and is committed to helping every child reach their potential.

There is also the potential for this role to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role

• Providing tailored support to pupils with high levels of SEND
• Working within the school's Inclusion Hub and supporting learning both individually and in small groups
• Building positive relationships that promote confidence, engagement, and independence
• Supporting pupils with their emotional, social, and academic development
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
