Engage Education are recruiting SEN Learning Support Assistants to support children with Special Educational Needs across Manchester. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access the curriculum and participate in lessons, and collaborating with teachers and SEN professionals to deliver personalised support.

Location: Manchester
Salary: £95-£110 per day, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, long-term

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Support Workers, Youth Workers and individuals with a strong background in care or SEN to develop their experience within education.
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience supporting pupils with autism, complex needs, SEMH, ADHD or challenging behaviour would be highly desirable.
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is advantageous but not essential where the candidate has relevant experience.
