Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd. is seeking caring SEN Learning Support Assistants to work in Southfields (SW18) and surrounding areas. You will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism, ADHD and other needs, helping with learning, social development and emotional wellbeing.

Flexible supply work or long-term placements are available, with ongoing training, CPD opportunities, and dedicated consultant support to help you progress in SEN education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN in schools or similar settings.
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS or hold one on Update Service.
• Commitment to safeguarding and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN.
• Support learning, social development, and emotional wellbeing.
• Assist with behaviour and support strategies and collaborate with teachers and SENCOs.
• Work closely with professionals to monitor pupil progress.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
