Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in supportive schools across Tooting (SW17). We offer flexible day-to-day supply work or long-term placements and competitive rates.

You will support pupils with SEN including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language needs, providing 1:1 and small group support inside and outside the classroom. Collaboration with teachers and SENCOs helps to monitor progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN in schools or related settings.
• Patient, resilient and nurturing approach.
• Willing to obtain Enhanced DBS or hold Update Service DBS.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language needs.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support inside and outside the classroom.
• Support learning, social development and emotional wellbeing.
• Assist with behaviour and support strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to monitor progress.
