TimePlan Education Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with students aged 11-16 in a specialist SEN setting in East Cheshire. You will provide individual and small-group support, assist with personal care where required and help students achieve EHCP targets in a warm, village-like countryside environment.

• Experience in SEN, specialist education, care or challenging behaviour setting is essential.
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable.
• Confident providing personal care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual needs.
• Support students with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene and daily living routines.
• Encourage communication, independence and emotional regulation.
• Support EHCP targets and learning goals.
• Use consistent, patient approaches to promote positive behaviour.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment.
