St Elizabeth's Centre is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to help learners with complex needs at our Hertfordshire site. This role is term-time only, offering a stable schedule within a supportive educational setting.
You will work closely with teaching staff, therapists and other professionals to support personalised learning plans, foster independence, and create inclusive, engaging lessons for students with diverse needs.

Contract: Term-time only (Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year)
Salary: £21,390- £22,281 per annum (£13.30 - £13.86 per hour)

Experience in an education or care setting is desirable but not essential.
Confident communicator who can engage positively with children who have learning disabilities.
Able to support with personal care when needed, always with dignity and respect.
Strong team player with good ICT and organisational skills.
