Teach Now is seeking a Learning and Support Assistant to help SEMH learners in a specialist Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire setting. You will support classroom learning, small groups and one-to-one sessions alongside teachers to build confidence and positive routines.

Salary depends on experience and qualifications. Higher rates apply to candidates with substantial experience and/or relevant training, such as a recognised Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Pay follows school expectations and Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), where applicable.
