St Elizabeth's Centre in Hertfordshire is seeking a Senior Learning Practitioner for our 16-25 provision. You will deliver engaging learning activities, support learners to achieve individual goals, and help create an inclusive classroom that builds independence and confidence.
The role is term-time only, with a multidisciplinary team, opportunities for professional development, and a focus on dignity and inclusion for students with autism, epilepsy and complex needs.

Contract: Term-time only (Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year)
Salary: £24,202 per annum (pro rata salary)

Working closely with Teachers and a multidisciplinary team, you will take responsibility for delivering agreed learning activities and support learners to achieve their individual goals. You will play a key role in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment whilst helping to develop independence and self-confidence.

A Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification (or equivalent) and additional training such as Makaton would be advantageous.
