Job summary

SENse Learning is a UK-based education support provider offering one-to-one learning support for SEND learners across homes, schools, and community settings. Multiple positions are available, with rolling interviews and ongoing recruitment.

You will build confidence, support emotional regulation, and help develop key life skills through trauma-informed, student-centered sessions tailored to each young person. Safeguarding and DBS support are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with children or young people with complex additional needs.
• DBS clearance (Enhanced DBS) is required.
• UK right to work on remote/ in-home roles.
• Experience in education or care roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support in homes and community settings.
• Deliver interest-based, holistic sessions tailored to each learner.
• Develop life skills, confidence and independence.
• Use trauma-informed approaches and adapt strategies.
• Provide progress feedback and adjust support as needed.
