Connex Education is seeking an experienced SEN Intervention Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in Bridgwater primary schools. You will deliver targeted 1-2-1 and small-group interventions, helping learners to improve literacy, numeracy, communication and social-emotional skills.
Working with class teachers and SEN staff, you will provide consistent, individualised support, monitor progress and adapt approaches to meet each pupil’s needs.
