Connex Education is seeking three enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to join the school’s dedicated support team on a full-time basis. This will be a temp to perm role, consisting of 12 weeks on a temporay basis to then go permanent in December.
Working 6 hours per day, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs across the school. No two days will be the same, as you will work across different classes, providing one-to-one support, leading small-group interventions and assisting teachers with inclusive classroom learning.
This role would suit experienced SEND Teaching Assistants or individuals with relevant transferable experience in education, care or youth work. While previous SEND experience is preferred, it is not essential for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, patience and commitment.
