Job summary

Justteachers Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEN HLTA to join a supportive SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon from September 2026. The role supports pupils with additional needs and helps them reach their potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

You will deliver planned activities, support differentiated lessons, monitor progress and contribute to EHCP processes, working closely with teachers, therapists and families.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned learning activities to individuals and small groups of pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Support teaching staff in the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Lead learning sessions and interventions when required.
• Monitor, record and report on pupil progress and attainment.
• Promote positive behaviour and support pupils’ social and emotional development.
• Assist with the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents and external professionals.
