Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting SEN students in an educational setting is preferred.
• Experience of teaching in a SEN college/Post 16 setting will be desirable.
• A clear Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one.

• Support students with a range of SEN needs, both inside and outside of the classroom.
• Plan and deliver tailored interventions in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
• Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and external professionals to support student progress.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment and encourage student independence.
• Monitor and report on student progress and contribute to EHCP reviews.
