The Graduate Network is seeking an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils in an EYFS SEN Hub at a Good primary school in Stechford. You will assist with learning activities, routines and play-based learning, helping children gain confidence and communication skills.

SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils within the EYFS SEN Hub, helping them engage with learning, routines and play-based activities. You will work with small groups of children who need additional support with communication, social interaction, early development and confidence. You will also help create a calm, structured and nurturing environment where pupils feel safe and ready to learn.
This role will suit a caring, patient and resilient graduate who wants to build meaningful experience in early years SEN. You should be confident supporting young children, following guidance from teaching staff and adapting your approach to meet different needs.
