Qualifications

• Experience in SEN School or Specialist Provision
• TA experience in SEN setting
• Mainstream school experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Experience with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
• Experience with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
• Experience with SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs)

• Deliver creative, child-centred learning experiences that meet individual needs
• Use a play-based approach to encourage curiosity and social development
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, families and the wider school team
