Ideal candidates have experience working with children or young people, an understanding of autism and ADHD, and a patient, calm approach. This role offers valuable classroom exposure and the chance to develop professional skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in school, care, youth work, or similar setting.
• SEN Classroom Support experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of Autism and ADHD helpful.
• Patient, calm and compassionate approach.
• Good communication and teamwork.“Desire to help young people overcome barriers and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with diverse needs in the classroom.
• Assist teachers with daily activities and tasks.
