Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with multiple partner schools across Northampton who are looking for SEN Class Teachers to join their teams from September 2026. We have opportunities across both primary and secondary settings, with a variety of specialist schools, SEN provisions and Alternative Provision settings available.
Whether you are an experienced SEN Teacher, a mainstream teacher looking to move into SEN, or an ECT with a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs, we would love to hear from you.
As an SEN Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils. You will work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and wider support teams to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Our partner schools support pupils with a range of needs, which may include ASC, SEMH, SLD, MLD, PMLD, communication and interaction needs and complex learning needs.
