Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is partnering with SEN schools across Northamptonshire to recruit passionate SEN Class Teachers. Multiple opportunities exist across both full-time and part-time contracts with flexible start dates including ASAP or January 2027.

The ideal candidate holds QTS and has experience supporting learners with EHCPs across SEN, SLD, MLD, ASC and SEMH. You will adapt lessons to meet individual needs and collaborate within a supportive school team.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or equivalent teaching status.
• Have experience working with children or young people with additional needs.
• Be confident adapting lessons to meet individual needs and EHCP outcomes.
• Have a nurturing, patient and flexible approach.
• Be confident managing behaviour and supporting pupils with different levels of need.
• Work effectively as part of a wider school and support staff team.
