Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
• Support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement.
• Help maintain a calm, structured and safe classroom environment.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to follow individual support strategies.
• Encourage positive behaviour and appropriate participation in learning.
• Help pupils manage transitions and changes to their routine.
• Share relevant observations and feedback with teaching staff.
