Job summary

GSL Education - South Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support professional for a secondary school in Sheffield. As a Behaviour Support professional, you will work closely with pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them manage challenging behaviour, remain focused in lessons and make positive choices. You may support individual pupils or small groups, work alongside subject teachers and provide guidance during lesson transitions and less structured parts of the school day.

To work with GSL Education as a Behaviour Support (Secondary) professional, you should:

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last two years.
• Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
