Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking qualified and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to work with SEN pupils in Croydon on a long-term basis.

Experience with 1:1 support, speech and language needs, or behavioural challenges is highly regarded; familiarity with Makaton, PECS, autism is welcome.

We offer flexible roles including daily supply and long-term placements, two references, CPD training, and a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

Experience supporting pupils 1:1.
Experience with speech/language or behavioural issues.
Familiarity with Makaton, PECS or autism helpful.
Two years of references required.

Responsibilities

Support SEN pupils in mainstream/SEND settings.
Collaborate with teachers to implement individual plans.
Uphold safeguarding standards and DBS requirements.
