Qualifications

• Ideally part-qualified ACCA or ACA, with study support provided.
• AAT qualified and qualified by experience is accepted.
• Around 2 years' experience, or an ambitious account assistant ready to step up.
• UK practice experience is highly desirable.
• Positive, proactive, friendly & engaging.
• CIS and payroll experience is desirable.
• Construction sector experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing year-end accounts and corporation and personal tax returns.
• Preparing management accounts.
• Helping with bookkeeping, including reviewing the accounts junior's work.
• Submitting VAT returns and CIS returns.
• Processing payroll for some clients.
• Proactively contacting clients by email and phone.

As an Accountant, your roles and responsibilities will include...

• Preparing year-end accounts and corporation and personal tax returns
• Preparing management accounts
• Helping with bookkeeping, including reviewing the accounts junior's work
• Submitting VAT returns and prepare and submit CIS returns
• Processing payroll for some clients
• Proactively contacting clients by email and phone

We're looking for an Accountant, with the following skills and experience...
