Are you a teaching assistant with experience working with and supporting children with additional needs?
Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain experience working in an SEMH school?
Are you passionate about improving student outcomes?

Create Education have partnered with an outstanding independent school in Barking and Dagenham who are a specialist independent school that offers individualised education programmes in small groups and one to one tuition. They are registered for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues and those who have a diagnosis of Autism.

The school offer placements to pupils in Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This can help pupils make the often difficult transition from Primary to Secondary more successfully.
The headteacher has a true open door policy and is passionate about improving outcomes for his students and truly treats them as individuals. The right candidate would need to buy into the ethos of the school and embrace the family feeling values within the current team.
