Teaching Personnel is recruiting dedicated SEMH Teachers for roles across Staffordshire starting September 2026. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons, create a safe classroom, and support students with SEMH, ASC, ADHD and related needs in specialist settings.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, pastoral teams and parents to monitor progress, build trusting relationships and drive positive outcomes.
Location: ST16 & Staffordshire Schools
Pay: £162–£251 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2026

These schools support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as those with Autism (ASC), ADHD, attachment difficulties, trauma-related needs and challenging behaviour. You'll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
