Are you passionate about helping primary-aged children feel supported, settled and ready to learn? A welcoming primary school in Doncaster is seeking a caring and resilient SEMH Support professional to join its team.
As SEMH Support Staff, you will provide day-to-day support to pupils who may need additional help with their emotional wellbeing, behaviour and engagement in school. You will work alongside class teachers to help children manage emotions, follow routines and take part confidently in classroom activities.
The role may involve one-to-one and small-group support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, depending on pupil needs. You will use a calm and consistent approach to help children develop positive strategies and access their learning.
