Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with a QTS qualification or equivalent.
• Experience teaching students with SEMH, complex needs, or SEND.
• Ability to manage behaviours that challenge in classroom settings.
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach; able to adapt to daily emergency cover and long-term roles.

Responsibilities
