Academics supports a welcoming primary school in Slough by recruiting an SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. You will work closely with pupils 1:1 and in small groups to provide tailored emotional and learning support.

This role focuses on helping pupils develop emotional regulation, resilience, and positive coping strategies, while collaborating with teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff to deliver consistent, inclusive support throughout the day.
