Job summary

Academics is working with a welcoming primary school in Aldershot to appoint an SEMH Learning Support Assistant. You will provide tailored support to pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them regulate emotions and engage with learning throughout the day.

• Implement behaviour support strategies and contribute to personalised intervention plans.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and emotionally supportive learning environment.
