Job summary

Academics in Slough is recruiting a SEMH Intervention Support Assistant to assist pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs from September 2026. You will deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions, support emotional regulation, and work with teachers and families to implement individual support plans.

The role is full-time and long-term, focusing on building strong relationships to foster confidence, engagement and wellbeing within a nurturing school setting.
