Job summary

Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking an Inclusion Advisory Teacher (SEMH) on a fixed-term contract until April. The position pays £400 per day and operates Inside IR35 via umbrella. Flexible working is available, with a full-time preference noted.

You will provide specialist SEMH guidance to schools, coach teachers, model classroom interventions, and deliver targeted programmes to prevent exclusions and improve pupil outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting schools in SEMH and inclusive practice.
• Proven ability to coach teachers and build capability.
• Track record delivering behaviour support that improves engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice and guidance to schools on SEMH, inclusion and behaviour support.
• Deliver coaching and practical support to teachers, helping build confidence and capability.
• Model effective classroom interventions and behaviour management strategies.
• Deliver targeted intervention programmes to support vulnerable pupils and prevent exclusions.
• Produce clear, high-quality non-statutory reports to support school improvement and pupil outcomes.
