• Ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEMH/SEN needs in the classroom.
• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using a calm, consistent approach.
• Build positive relationships with students who may be disengaged from education.
• Encourage participation in learning and promote positive behaviour.
