• Experience working with children or young people, especially in educational settings.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH needs.
• Help pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons.
• Build positive professional relationships with pupils and staff.
• Apply restorative approaches and de-escalation techniques.
• Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and self-regulation.
• Support pupils during breaks and transitions.
• Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff and external agencies.
• Model a safe, inclusive learning environment.
