Job summary

The role focuses on pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour; you will work 1:1 and in small groups, build rapport quickly, stay calm under pressure, de-escalate incidents, and contribute to pupils' wellbeing and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor.
• Ability to build rapport with young people with SEMH.
• Calm, resilient, and able to de-escalate challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups to improve behaviour and wellbeing.
• Contribute to learning by enabling pupils to access lessons and develop skills.
