Protocol Education is recruiting a Behaviour & Emotional Wellbeing Mentor for an SEMH school in Epping. You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, promoting positive choices and emotional regulation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH/SEND.
• Patience, resilience and ability to manage challenging situations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups across the school.
• Help manage challenging behaviours and de-escalate situations.
• Provide positive role-modeling and support students to re-engage with learning.
