Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and helping them overcome barriers to education?
We are working with a specialist SEMH school in Epping that is looking to appoint a dedicated and resilient Behaviour & Emotional Wellbeing Mentor to join their team immediately.
This specialist setting supports pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, many of whom have experienced trauma, adverse childhood experiences, attachment difficulties, anxiety, low self-esteem, and previous challenges within mainstream education. Some pupils may also have additional needs such as ADHD, Autism, speech and language difficulties, or other underlying SEND requirements.
The school provides a structured, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment where building positive relationships is at the heart of everything they do. Staff work closely with pupils to develop emotional regulation strategies, improve resilience, build confidence, and help students re‑engage with learning.

This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people who need stability, encouragement, and positive role models to help them succeed.
