Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in school, youth work, care, or similar settings with children having SEMH needs.
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable pupils.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH needs.
• Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO.
