Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a Senior Leader to head the Self-Service Analytics Centre of Excellence. You will drive governed, scalable analytics adoption across the business, champion ThoughtSpot-based insights, and set the standards for semantic models, dashboards and reports.

You will coach analysts, influence senior stakeholders, and partner with Data Engineering and Product teams to deliver trusted data products.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI, analytics enablement or self-service analytics capabilities in a complex organisation.
• Ability to translate business priorities into analytics roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Strong governance, data storytelling and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern self-service analytics strategy and adoption across Dunelm.
• Lead and coach the Self-Service Analytics Centre of Excellence team.
• Provide SME guidance to business partner analysts and ensure high quality analytics outputs.
• Partner with Product, Delivery and Data teams to align analytics standards and governance.
• Drive adoption, data literacy, and actionable insights through governance and training.
