Job summary

Dunelm, the UK's leading homewares retailer, is expanding its Analytics team and seeks a Senior Analyst to own end-to-end analytics projects for a £2bn omnichannel business. You will translate complex questions into actionable insights, partnering with stores, ecommerce, supply chain and finance to drive measurable commercial value.

You will deliver robust analyses, build dashboards and influence senior leaders with clear storytelling and evidence-based recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, insight or supply chain/logistics analysis within retail, ecommerce or another customer-facing business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering analytical projects with clear commercial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using SQL and one or more analytical tools such as Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of medium to large analytics projects aligned to key business priorities.
• Translate operations questions into clear analytical approaches and project plans.
• Deliver robust, timely and commercially focused analysis.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Produce analytics that helps the business understand performance and take action.
• Present findings in a simple, compelling and technically accessible way.
