Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive high-impact analytics for its £2bn omnichannel retail business. You will own end-to-end analytical projects, collaborating with stakeholders across commercial, ecommerce, marketing, finance and operations to turn data into actionable recommendations that fuel growth.

You will create compelling dashboards, define KPIs, and champion data-driven decision making, while coaching junior analysts and improving data quality across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, insight or commercial analysis within retail, ecommerce or another customer-facing business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering analytical projects with clear commercial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of analytics projects aligned to key business priorities.
• Translate commercial questions into clear analytical approaches and project plans.
• Produce analytics that helps the business understand performance and identify opportunities.
