Job summary

Engage Services, part of Marston Holdings, is seeking a Self-Employed Field Agent (part-time or full-time) to perform field visits across the UK. You will resolve utility accounts, reconnect services and support customers facing financial difficulties.

Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance. DBS clearance and a clean credit history are required; CCJs will be considered with repayment plans.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• DBS check clean is required.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered with repayment plans.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Ability to work independently within company policies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
• Provide support to those experiencing financial difficulty.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings and document appropriately.
