Job summary
Engage Services is seeking a Resolution Field Agent to conduct field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients, focusing on resolving customer accounts and reconnecting services while supporting those facing financial difficulty.
This self-employed role offers flexibility with a guaranteed daily rate (£130–£150), full training, and UK-wide opportunities within pre‑agreed postcode areas. Strong communication and independence are valued.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
- ULEZ-compliant vehicle for London routes.
- DBS check clean.
- Healthy credit history; CCJs considered with repayment arrangements.
- Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
- Ability to work independently while following policies.
- Open to coaching and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
- Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
- Support customers experiencing financial difficulty.
- Collect accurate utility meter readings.
