Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience with MS Office and a proactive, reliable approach, with the ability to gain and maintain UK security clearance at SC level as required.

Responsibilities

• Process vetting applications for staff and contractors, guiding on vetting types.
• Monitor security clearances and renewals.
• Communicate changes to vetting policies and procedures.
• Liaise with external agencies and verify clearances.
• Conduct thorough checks and maintain Personnel Security controls.
• Act as main contact for vetting and security enquiries with data protection in mind.
• Support security incident reporting and follow-up actions.
• Provide security support for key projects.
• Manage site-specific security duties, including issuing site passes.
• Support Security Department with communications and awareness campaigns.
